2024 Weekly Bouquet Subscription - 12 Bouquets

Feel the joy of flowers all summer long and join the hundreds of others who have found peace and beauty at Dogwood. Take a pause from the daily grind and drive out to the farm for some nature-inspired time for yourself or your family. Our subscribers love coming out on Sundays to visit with the animals and pick out their self-care bouquet for the week.

What does my purchase include?

Your subscription includes 12 weekly seasonal bouquets for farm pick up in mid-June through early September. Each bouquet is bursting with unique flowers that you won't find at your local grocer. Your blooms will come designed in a mason jar with floral preservative to keep your flowers fresh and beautiful all week long.

When do my pickups start?

Our subscribers are always excited to pickup their first summer bouquet, and they are so worth the wait! You will pickup your first bouquet when our peonies are in bloom, which is typically early- to mid-June. As the summer nears, you will receive a schedule of pickup dates at the start of the season.

Where do I pickup my bouquet?

Flower pickups are on Sundays from 9:00 am - 2:00 pm at Dogwood Farms - N5548 County Road P, Delavan, WI 53115. Kendra or Chris will be onsite to greet you and help you feel comfortable at the farm.
